At Capture 360 Inc, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with top-quality custom NFC items. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions related to returns, refunds, and order cancellations.
Returns for Defective Items
We are committed to delivering flawless custom items. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly investigate the issue and offer you the following options:
- Replacement: We can provide a replacement of the defective item, free of charge.
- Full Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will process a full refund for the returned defective items.
Return for Customization Issues
If the item you receive does not meet the customization specifications agreed upon during the ordering process, please inform us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work closely with you to rectify the issue. In some cases, we may request that you return the item to our office for further examination and to ensure that the printing process aligns with your initial specifications.
Returns or Exchange
We accept returns within 30 days. Must keep original box and plastic bag.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor and resources required to reset and reconfigure each item to its original condition. The restocking fee applies to all returns, regardless of the reason for return.
Shipping Costs
While we offer free shipping on all purchases, a $7.95 fee will be deducted from the final refund amount for returns. This fee helps offset the shipping and handling costs associated with the initial delivery. Shipping the item(s) back to us will be the buyer's responsibility, no labels will be included.

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation within 1-2 Business Days
You have the option to cancel your order before it was shipped (within 1-2 business days of purchase), provided that we have not initiated the production of your custom item. If you choose to cancel within this timeframe, there is no cancellation fee, and we will process a full refund of your purchase price.
